Introduction

After first discovering Chagee Tea at City Hall Station, I found myself craving it again. When I heard that a new branch had opened inside Lotte World, I couldn’t resist stopping by during my visit to Jamsil.

The store is located on the way to Lotte World, in the space that used to be Kim’s Deli Market. It has now been transformed into a stylish modern tea house.

 

First Impressions

I thought visiting on a weekday lunchtime would be quiet, but I was wrong—there was already a line of customers waiting. Even though I placed my order through the app at Jamsil Station, I still had to wait about 20–25 minutes.

While waiting, I browsed the menu and checked out the tea products displayed inside—beautiful tea sets, mugs, and tumblers. The seating area was completely full, showing just how popular this place has become.

If you’re lucky enough to find a seat, it’s a great spot to enjoy tea at leisure.

The Chagee Tea cups are always so pretty, and the BOYA Jasmine Milk Tea was no exception. One sip and the floral jasmine aroma bloomed in my mouth like spring blossoms.

I’ve always loved jasmine tea—even when I lived in China, I often drank it instead of water. This milk tea version was rich with jasmine flavor, yet smooth and refreshing. It was the perfect companion for a lazy afternoon.

 

If you’re a fan of jasmine tea, I highly recommend trying the BOYA Jasmine Milk Tea. Next time, I plan to challenge myself with their popular matcha option.
